This policy explains how Feck Construction, LLC ("FECK Construction", "we") handles information on this website.

Information we collect

When you submit a project request or bid invitation we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, project details (type, location, budget range, timeline, description, bid deadline, scope, and any plan-sharing link), and your consent to be contacted.

To understand where requests come from and to prevent abuse, the form also records the page you submitted from, the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source), and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address with your request.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate and bid projects, communicate about potential work, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form submissions in its database service, and provides the Turnstile spam check shown on our forms. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver the site and run that check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Retention and your choices

We keep project requests for as long as needed to respond and to manage business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
